# Mint

RLP is minted by depositing liquid assets, such as USDC, USDT or ETH. Quantity of RLP received is based on RLP price updated each 24 hours less minting fees.

At current stage of protocol implementation:

* USDC and USDT can be used to mint RLP;
* Minting fees are waived.
