# Resolv points

## Concluding the Resolv Points Program

The points program was originally introduced at the launch of Resolv as a publicly available protocol. It served as an instrument to reward consistent product usage, bootstrap activity, reward participation, and accelerate adoption.

As the protocol matured, participation dynamics shifted.

In the last season:

* The majority of points were accumulated by large allocators: the top 100 wallets accounted for approximately 85% of total points (up 20% compared to previous seasons).
* Institutional distribution became a more impactful growth lever.

As Resolv increasingly aligned with an institutional direction, the team prioritized capital efficiency and targeted growth mechanisms over broad distribution programs.

Another observation from recent seasons was that **liquid rewards** consistently proved more efficient for users, mainly due to their predictability and immediate unlock.

This led Resolv to shift its focus toward:

* Structured programs for larger allocators (rebates, tailored incentive agreements for the largest integrators);
* Focused liquidity incentives in priority markets (e.g., new network launches, key liquidity pools).

The objective was to direct incentives where they delivered measurable impact on TVL, liquidity depth, and protocol resilience.

## **Resolv points**

Resolv points are earned through various activities within Resolv. Each activity rewards users with the base payout. Learn more about those activities on the Points page.

### **Boosts**

Boosts increase the base payouts of relevant activities.

Boosts are calculated as percentages of base payouts and summed up with them.

All users automatically receive the Epoch boost. There will be several epochs, and the boost will be diminishing with each new epoch. Thus, early users receive a larger boost.

> In particular, Total points rewarded = Base payout x (1 + boost1 + boost 2 + ... + boostN)

There are multiple other boosts. Find out about them by following Resolv's social media!
